Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist at Aakash Tech Pvt. Ltd. in Kathmandu. The Specialist will be responsible for communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, offering training, and managing sales processes.

Qualifications

• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Experience in providing training
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CRM software
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential client through cold calls, visits, emails, networking and other lead generation activities.
• Deliver sales presentation and product demonstration to potential clients while highlighting the value and benefits of our solution.
• Effectively negotiate pricing and contract terms ensuring mutual benefits.
• Maintain accurate record of sales activities , client interactions and client status. 
• Self-improve continuously by way of experience and feedback.

Skills:

•  Strong understanding of software products (SaaS products would be a plus)
• Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly sales targets
• Aptitude in Communication, Presentation, Persuasion and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term and client relationships.

• Candidate with 1-2 year of experience in software sales 
• Salary range: 40,000 - 50,000 (depending on experience)
