Job Description

  • Manage daily operations of all of the Quality Control Center (QCC) through supervision of the inbound, sorting, quality check and outbound functions of the center
  • Responsible for all the activities of QCC, supporting overall customer return performance in an effective and efficient way
  • Supervise, educate and train team members with processes and ensure productivity benchmarks are achieved and activities are performed as per SOP
  • Ensure data integrity and timeliness in the updating to package journey, ensure that decision rules are uniformly and accurately applied
  • Oversee the training and development need of QCC staff
  • Maintain high standard of moral values at work place
  • Furnish periodic report, analyze report, propose logical solutions to the existing problems and implement best solutions
