Reporting to: Himalayan Encounters/ PEAK Nepal Reservation Team Leader

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Position Purpose:

The Senior Reservation Executive part of the Reservations Department is integral to ensuring the smooth management of booking all accommodation and transportation on trips in the region and the logistics for Himalayan Encounters/ PEAK Nepal.  The position supports the Reservation Team Leader to maintain effective reservation systems, managing and improving trip profitability, improving supplier service, managing Reservation team, supporting Operations and other departments.

Qualification and Experience:

• Passionate about travel, personable, dynamic and self-motivated.
• An understanding of and a belief in Responsible Travel
• Strong English Writing and Speaking Skills.
• Experienced in Reservation and Ticketing.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
• Graduate degree
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office systems

Job Requirement:

• Managing bookings for multiple international brands
• Maintain good working relationships with Brands & Suppliers
• Maintain good working relationships with all other office departments including staff leaders
• Learn and work on the inhouse system
• Ensuring quality supplier service
• Process and take necessary action to feedback and complaints
• Direct support to the Reservation Team Leader
