Job Description

We are looking for a person, for our growth ambition, who is a part of multiple software development teams dedicated to making effective service delivery. You will be acting on the customer and the team's domain at the same time for improving the team and the partnership with our customers.

We could call it a Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Scrum Master. The more important for us is not the title but the skills and the competencies.

Your roles and responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing, leading and motivating teams to achieve objectives and safeguard effective service delivery 
  • Proactively communicating internally and externally to inform key business users and management of activities that have implications on the effectiveness of running the business
  • Building and maintaining the customer relationship
  • Overcoming communication gap between business requirements and technical specification
  • Work within our Agile Scrum or Kanban frameworks, bringing in your own flare
  • Facilitating different events in the chosen framework
  • Recognize situational severity and know when to push for actionable next steps toward resolution
  • Work with cross-functional teams made up of diverse people with varied backgrounds, experiences and opinions
  • Responsible for process implementation and focus on continuous improvement
  • Develop a method for measuring the results
