Main Responsibilities:

• Support to design the WASH programme, implementation, monitoring and evaluation (with at least 50% travel in the field)
• Take Lead on Public Health Promotions with focus on Behavior Change Approach and Design and Implement Training Program
• Work as  WASH-MEAL focal and involve on Knowledge Management & Evidence Based Advocacy
• Participate in the Coordination, Networking and Advocacy
• Participate in the administrative procedures of the organization

Qualification & Required Skills:

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Science, Development Studies or relevant discipline with at least two years of relevant experience– or - Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with at least four years of experience preferably in International NGO 
• Good understanding of cross cutting issues in WASH sector (WASH in Nutrition, WASH and DRR, Menstrual Hygiene Management, WASH governance and sustainability)
• Ability to analyse a situation, synthesize information and use the outputs to improve implementation and good coordination
• Sensitive and responsive to Gender, Age Diversity and Social Inclusion
• Ability to work in diverse environment
• Innovative, problem solver and result oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills
• Good standard of written and spoken Nepali and English language
• Good Computer skills (Microsoft package) including analysis and reporting skill 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to travel as required
