Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, ensure the quality and report on Multi sector activities /clusters/fora as and when necessary
• Supervise and manage the project  team of  partner NGOs
• Participate in the coordination, representation and partnerships of ACF  in relevant sectors
• Participate in the evaluation and reorientation of  the project
• Participate in the administration procedures of the organization and maintain confidentiality within the organization

Qualifications And Required Skills:

• Master’s degree in social science, development studies or relevant discipline with at least two years of field experience in managing multi sectoral projects with monitoring, evaluation, and reporting roles preferably in International NGO or UN agency – or - Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with at least four years of experience.
• Good computer skills including  Microsoft office  package
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, negotiation, presentation, capacity building and communication skills
• Good standard of written and spoken Nepali and English language
• Ability to work in diverse environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good organizational skill with a strong attention to detail
• Innovative, problem solver and Results oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to conduct/organize workshops and meetings independently
• Willing to travel as required
