• Planning, organizing and implementing the overall assigned task in TOR 
  
• Attend meetings as a representative of NBPA  
  
• Improve the efficiency and work-flow in the organization and follow up on tasks and commitments. Network with other actors in the energy sector to promote NBPA and biogas technology.
  
• Liaises permanently to all internal and external stakeholders involved in his/her project; acts and is perceived as an initiator of relevant communication to solve issues;
  
• Drive  projects and assignments through communicative personal energy and engagement;
  
• Explain sensitive information with diplomacy, and build consensus 
  
• Present activities and represent NBPA effectively in all professional circles
