Technically speaking, applicants will require: -

• Excellent PHP skills 
• Good understanding of PHP MVC / HMVC Frameworks (Code igniter)
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design
• Excellent MySQL skills/ Knowledge of Database Designing
• Strong understanding of Front-end Development
• Excellent knowledge in Ajax and jQuery
• 2-5 years of experience minimum in developing for the web

It would also be desirable that the applicant have: -

• Experience with GIT, or at least any other source control system
• Experience with cloud services will be added advantage
• Outstanding problem solving/troubleshooting
• Excellent logical and analytical skills
• Apps development will be added advantage
