Job Description

  • Prepare Service Contracts 
  • Do regular follow up with customer regarding the contracts/receivables
  • Schedule Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) on time (Inside/outside valley)
  • Follow up for payment of service contract
  • Maintain record of install based Equipment
  • Assist in coordination and creation of proper plan sheets for PM, AMC, CMC and Break-down calls
  • Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
  • Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
  • Approach for AMC/CMC to customer
  • Coordinate with various departments for document related works
  • Responsible for doing a substitute role in case of absence of a subordinate person
  • Maintain proper filing and prepare reports as needed
