Experience and Skills:

• Analyze product requirements. Design and develop solutions to meet the requirements
  
• Maintain, troubleshoot and enhance existing product modules and services following full software development life cycle for our market leading enterprise products
  
• Excellent coding skills with ability to write production-ready code quickly with minimum assistance
  
• Ability to work effectively with huge code base and remote teams using version control tools
  
• Must be an effective communicator, balancing business goals with engineering goals
  
• Responsible, quick learner, creative and innovative
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work and coordinate amicably with team members and management
  
• Propose system improvements and offer alternative solutions to the different problems that may appear and proactively seek solutions to improve processes and applications
  
• Willingness to work in flexible hours overlapping with US office hours
  
• Experience of having worked at Team Lead position and prior involvement in development of Enterprise Application(s) will be a bonus
  

Technical Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Design and development concept
  
• Experience working with C#, Latest .Net Frameworks, ASP.NET (MVC), Entity Framework, Visual Studio on both desktop and web applications
  
• Experience of developing and consuming Web Services. Knowledge of WCF a plus
  
• Experience of working with version control systems like SVN, GIT
  
• Experience with DevExpress and XAF framework will be a bonus
  
• Candidates also having some exposure to Java development will have added advantage
