Corporate Position: Junior Officer 
Required Nos: 1 

Position Summary: 

The company is looking for a HR Officer with excellent communication skills, both written  and verbal. The position holder is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation  and possess strategic and commercial insight to the HR process. 

The position holder should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management  skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and should possess remarkable  conflict management and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance. 

The position holder will be responsible for administrative tasks and should contribute to make company a better place to work. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support  to the team members. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

The Duties and Responsibilities of Senior HR Analyst include the following: 

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems; 
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures; 
  • Actively involve in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process; 
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans; 
  • Orienting new members and training existing members;
  • Develop training and development programs; 
  • Assist in performance management processes; 
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues; 
  • Maintain team members records (attendance, leave data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements; 
  • Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of team members information in electronic and digital format; 
  • Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration; 
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance; 
  • Communicate with the team members about issues affecting their performance 
  • Ensure that all team members are organized and satisfied in their work environment; 
  • Any other work assigned by senior officials; 

Education and Experiences 

  • MBA or equivalent. 
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience 
  • Age not exceeding 40 years. 

Required Skills: 

  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Intuitive to employee’s needs and understanding of HR functions and best practices. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. 
  • Self-motivated, confident, detail-oriented. 
  • Ability to work well with others. 
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed. 
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. 
  • Strong ethics and reliability. 
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
