AF themes was created back in 2018 and we started off by releasing free WordPress themes on WordPress.org. We had some early success with themes like Elegant Magazine, Magazine 7, CoverNews, StoreCommerce, Newsphere, etc which are popular to this day, so decided to release more themes and see what happened. Eventually, because our users kept asking for more features, we decided that we should try creating premium versions of our themes. We continue to make it better and better with every release. We’ve also just recently given its premium upgrade version with a design refresh that will ensure it remains the choice of online news portal and freelancers everywhere looking for a modern ecommerce and blog/magazine theme with all the features needed to create a successful online presence.

  • Should have minimum 2+ years of professional work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
  • Proficiency in WordPress including new Gutenberg editor as well as the PHP structure, the loop.
  • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms such as LESS and SASS
  • Proficiency in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
  • Proficiency in responsive design/mobile first concepts and principles
  • Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility with efficient troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them

  • Work closely with backend engineers to deliver products with the highest quality.
  • Build fast and efficient next-generation web applications.
  • Developing UI components and implementing them.
  • Consistent implementation of new features and optimization of existing ones
  • Produce timely and error-free deliverables in an efficient manner, managing multiple tasks and varying project scopes
  • Provide forward-thinking creative concepts.
  • Develop and create innovative concepts and designs in keeping with project scope: strategic positioning, business requirements and timelines.
  • Work on projects from conceptualization to execution
  • Assist in defining UI/UX standards
  • Develop stunning designs while also considering product strategy and vision
  • Engage in creative collaboration across the organization.
  • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with effective time management skills.
