Our company wants a front-end web and graphic designer. You would be designing promotional materials, social media posts and WordPress templates for our online brands.

We’re looking for a person that fits both positions with ease or, at least, is proficient enough on one of the two that he or she can also exceed in the other.

Our company needs that talented, outgoing, proficient frontend designer who can keep an eye of our WordPress designs and sites templates and produce original designs for our social media presence.

Requirements:

• Portfolio that showcases your knowledge of typography, interaction design, HTML5 and CSS
  
• Multiple years work experience in a design-oriented role
  
• Great sense of typography, iconography, color theory, and visual composition
  
• Mastery of Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other modern design and prototyping tools
  
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and/or similar design tools
  
• Professional knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap
  
• Basic scripting skills (JavaScript, PHP, Python, etc.)
  
• Practical understanding of designing for UX and human interaction
  
• Ability to propose, inform, and collaborate on design changes
  
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere
  
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  
• Bachelor’s degree in design, arts or related field
  

Responsibilities

• Create digital marketing material as per requirements
  
• Create attractive, high-quality UI/UX designs
  
• Develop web-site. wordpress layout designs, graphics and landing pages
  
• Design Posts for Social Media Platforms
  
• Partner with editorial teams to ensure quality and accuracy of styled content
  
• Convert design to working site using HTML5 and CSS3
  
• Build and optimize web pages for speed and responsiveness
  
• Develop new user-facing features primarily for WordPress
  
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
