Job Description

  • Planning of the new or existing projects/programs effectively and ensure the proper implementation of them
  • Understand the requirements of clients, process for vacancy announcement, shortlist the candidates and send the report to the clients timely
  • Shorting, screening and interviewing candidates as per requirements of clients
  • Ensure timely preparation, renewal of contracts of contractual employee/s
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll process of contractual employee
  • Coordination with clients and others in various work related matters effectively and efficiently 
  • Timely submission of report to the client as per the projects
  • Supervision of proper implementation of various existing project/s 
  • Lead and guide the team in various processes to ensure the proper functioning of the existing projects 
  • Timely analysis of reports submitted by subordinates and submit it to the management 
  • Develop and ensure proper implementation of competitive strategies of HR Services of organization 
  • Identify the prospective clients and visit them, convince to take services of recruitment and selection support; contractual employee management and payroll management services 
  • Maintain the professional relationship with clients and proper coordination with them in various projects effectively and efficiently
