Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in MySQL scripting, procedures, functions and triggers
  • Good experience working with Data modeling
  • Must be able to construct and troubleshoot very complex queries and handling big data (Data transfer, import/export, storage, performance and security)
  • Good understanding of Data Warehouse,Data archiving
  • Experience in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization
  • Strong knowledge of index management, integrity checks, statistics, configuration

Other Skills:

  • Ability to work independently as well as in team
  • Ability to lead a team 
  • Strong analytical skills

Job Description

  • Strong knowledge of backups, restores, recovery models, database shrink operations, DBCC commands, Clustering, Database mirroring, Replication
  • Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL Code and design (stored procedure, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints)
  • Knowledge of any programming language(Java/Delphi) or Scripting language (Javascript/Php/Ruby)
  • Experience of writing reports, documentation and operating manuals
