Job Description

Manage Kitchen Staff (schedules, duty assignments, train new staff and motivate)
Maintain weekly/monthly inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipments
Manage culinary and labor cost
Creative use of food waste
Develop new recipes for monthly specials, events and update Menu
Supervise food storage, preparation, cooking and presentation while maintaining quality and consistency
Strong interpersonal skills to lead, communicate and good decision-makings
Report to the Managing Director
