- Ensuring deadlines are met in order to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for a varied range of clients.
- To carry out Company Secretarial duties for a portfolio of clients liaising with HMRC and Company House.
- To provide advice and support on compliance issues to all management, staff & clients
- Develop and monitor a control process to regularly review monthly payroll/VAT/PAYE and other financial accounts processes carried out by the financial accounts team.
- To manage the annual P11d process for clients in order to ensure that relevant payments are made and deadlines are met
- Attend client meetings where appropriate
