Job Description

  • Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
  • Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
  • Prepare, Publish and Interpret financial statements
  • Conduct month-end, quarter-end and year-end close process
  • Collect, analyze and summarize account information; Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
  • Develop periodic reports for management
  • Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
  • Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
  • Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate and Finalise contracts as required by the Company and the Clients
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer and other
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement for business development
  • Collaborate with the management to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Provide training to subordinates and other stakeholders on finance compliance and other necessary jobs
  • Supervise and monitor financial duties and responsibilities
  • Coordinate and timely tax filing at Inland Revenue Department
