Knowledge of the Accounting Standards
Familiar with trading tax, income tax, VAT and other relevant tax provisions
Knowledge of Employment related Act and Rules
Knowledge of regulatory bodies
Knowledge of banking transaction (LC, TR , TT etc.)
Should have good knowledge of Tally software

Job Description

Guide and coordinate clerical accounting staff
Summarize company’s current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information received from different branches
Document financial transactions by entering account information
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
Secure financial information by completing database backups
Direct and support internal and external audits to ensure compliance
