Next hierarchical superior (who to report to): Reporting to the Head of Administration.
Working hours: Full time, from Monday to Friday (Saturday, Sunday non-working weekend), 37.5 per week, office hours from 9h00 to 17h00.
To set up a list of all the files in the archive.
To manage filing system of the organisation; assuring easy retrieval of pertinent documents.
To type and print labels for physical files.
To ensure coordination with different sections of the organisation in order to maintain the filing system of the organisation.
Ability to work alone and/or in a team.
Good interpersonall communication capacity.
Able to take initiative.
Specific physical requirements (if any): Long term sitting,etc.
