Job Description

Should handle overall administration work of secondary school
Developing subject curriculum and supporting materials which is engaging and challenging of global significance
Conducting Training for teachers to effectively integrate the school curriculum into their classes
Guiding teachers for systematic lesson planning, assessment and observation
Conducting periodical orientation sessions to remind the teachers of their duties and responsibilities
Counseling students to help in educational, personal, social and behavioral issues and conferring with parents, teachers and School Director and Principal to resolve all sorts of academic and behavioral problems
Maintaining accurate and complete student and teachers records
