Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver engaging science lessons to secondary-level students in line with the curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to foster active learning.
Utilize innovative teaching methods to explain complex scientific concepts.
Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations in the laboratory.
Evaluate and monitor students' progress through tests, assignments, and feedback.
Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment in the classroom and laboratory.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Provide support and mentorship to students for academic growth and career guidance.
