Qualification:

• Minimum MPhil Degree or Equivalent 
• At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing the policies, regulations, and procedures of the school 
• Planning and being involved in the enrollment of new students
• Ensuring the growth and personal development of every student in a safe learning environment 
• Conducting training and professional development of all  staff to achieve the mission of the school through teamwork 
• Communicating regularly with parents and stakeholders to create cooperative relationships
• Coordinating and updating the Board of Directors about the progress and activities of the school
