Job Description

  • Create and maintain customer records, updating details when contacts change or when customers request place order
  • Maintain a log of any customer problems or complaints on the record so that sales representatives and managers have a complete picture of the customers' interactions with the company
  • Provide technical support to the customers and resolve their addressed issues on time
  • Deal with complaints or doubt to safeguard the company's reputation
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
