• The incumbent is responsible to develop and successfully execute annual Marketing and Sales Plan in line with annual plan in terms of growth and profit
• Develops and manages the annual Sales Plan. Provides and meets a 3-months sales forecast on a monthly basis
• Continuously monitors individual- and team-performance. Initiates additional and/or corrective action to ensure meeting or over-achieving the monthly and annual sales-targets and meeting the expense targets
• Manages, trains, coaches and motivates the sales team
• The Sales Strategist is an active member of the Senior Management Team and fosters close cooperation with peers and all departments

Salary: It’s negotiable and no bar for deserving candidates. Salary for all the job categories commensurate with experience.
