Sales and Customer Support

• Attending the customers at store. Helping and guiding them with the products, converting the leads to the sales
• Helping the Customer Support Head to find the product and its availability
• Helping the team to meet the goals
• Keeping the store presentable.

 Database Management

• Keeping record of all communications- name/ contact number/address/product interest/ products bought
• Database of the clients

Coordination activities

• All kind of coordination activities during new lot, tagging, photo session, packaging, promotional activities/exhibitions etc.
• Inventory management and records

This position is open for Day shift (10 AM to 5:30 PM)
