Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be the point of contact between customer and business, responsible for communicating the benefits and the products of the company to drive sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer identification and list creation using our established database and maintain ongoing records
  • Visiting specified number of hospital personnel, doctors and healthcare executives according to a monthly pre-planned tour plan
  • Generating new customers as well as developing long-term relationships with existing ones
  • Timely submission of complete Daily Reports and Monthly Reports planned by the company
  • Implementation of marketing and sales strategies as planned by company
  • Monitoring competitors’ activity and competitor’s products and giving feedback to the company
  • Attending weekly, monthly or quarterly Sales Review Meetings to discuss target versus achievement, product promotion strategies, new launches and future sales planning
  • Identify expansion opportunities within an existing portfolio of customers across all markets and products
  • Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed
  • Promoting medical equipment, products or services to a variety of markets, primarily including hospitals, medical centers and doctors
  • Screening the tender opportunities and involve in bidding process
  • Establishing relationships with distributors, high volume clients and other channel partners to ensure products are easily available
  • Collecting updated market information on regular/daily basis
  • Identify service improvements by remaining updated on current industry trends and market activities
  • Working to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly or annual sales targets
  • Maintain continuous customer/ dealer follow-up on all proposals and forward all necessary additional information as required
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
  • Performing clerical account and general office duties or needed
