• Base salary of Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 per month will be provided
• You will receive a flat commission for each sale. If the service you sold is recurring, you will receive a recurring commission every month (Commission rate will be discussed during phone interview)

Let's take an example below (All the below rates and quotation are hypothetical)

• Suppose we charge Rs.50,000 per year for Service A, if the commission rate is 10% then you will receive Rs.5,000 every year
• Suppose we charge Rs.10,000 per month for Service B every month if the commission rate is 10% you will receive Rs 1,000 every month
• Let’s assume you have made 3 Sales of Service A, 10 Sales of Service B then you will earn Rs.15,000 for Service A and Rs.10,000 for Service B for that month
• If you made more sales in the subsequent month, the monthly commission would add up
• Please note that applicable taxes will be deducted from your total income as per Tax Law of Nepal and will be paid monthly

Working days: Sunday to Friday (10 am - 6 pm)

You will though need to report to your Sales Manager daily, attend all sales team meetings and attend all our sales training. 

You will also need to call the clients within 1 business days once the lead is assigned to you.
