We know it is very daunting task to sacrifice the short term need and comfort for long term sustainability. It is a high time that we seriously think and find better ways. Each of us at Thee- Go are firm believer that there is a solution to every problem. We are in a path to contribute towards this novel cause by introducing innovation to achieve sustainability.

Innovating for sustainability involves making intentional changes to organizational products or processes that produce environmental and or social benefits as well as economic value. Sustainability is an integral part of our strategic plan and woven into the roles of the different departments. Investing in innovation requires patience, focus and expertise.

To achieve our goals we have ventured into generation and distribution of sustainable energy using renewable sources and techniques, introduction of clean and green electric vehicles for rental services, charging stations for electric vehicles.

Thee- Go has three companies FGE, G&G and SRIBIT which share its values and work towards common goal of sustainability.

  • At least Bachelor's degree BBA/BBS in Sales/Marketing or the equivalent
  • At least 3 year vehicle sales experience

  • Possess understanding and knowledge of equity and values, automobile depreciation, and local, state and federal laws that guide automobile
  • Must be excellent at communicating information to visitors and inquirers

  • Must be aggressive in selling and possess a positive attitude


Job Description

  • Understand cars by studying their features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models
  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services etc. to prospect customers
  • Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers, also suggesting trade-ins, respond to inquiries, recommend sales campaigns and promotions
  • Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements, matching requirements and interests to various models, etc
  • Close sales by overcoming objections,complete sales or purchase contracts,explain provisions,offer services, warranties and financing,collect payment and deliver automobile
  • Update own job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending seminars and reading professional publications
  • Figure out customers needs by listening and asking questions
  • Perform walk around with new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles
  • Effectively close sales
  • Ensure that customers understand the vehicles operating features, paperwork and warranty details
  • Regular follow up/talk to Dealers all over Nepal regarding Sales, information, delivery vehicles,dealership policies other related things.
  • Establish and maintain follow up system, which encourages repeat business cum referrals
  • Report to the sales/Marketing manager regarding reviews, analyses , objectives, and planned activities
  • Participates in sales meetings and training provided to the dealers and by the manufacturers
  • Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales
  • Other Tasks assigned by Sales/Marketing Manager
