  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, Excel, etc.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Should have patience and politeness while dealing with dealers and customers.
  • Should be confident and have influential personality
  • Must be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated and goal driven

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing policies and best practice guides for the Application, organization, service provider and customer.
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  • Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement
  • Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff.
  • Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metrics.
  • Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figure
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Visit potential and current clients in order to provide product information, answer client questions and concerns and build brand awareness.
  • Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team
  • Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
