Job Description

  • Demonstrating the automobiles and suggesting the customers on the methods necessary for using the products and making the buying procedure easier
  • Should possess strong communication skill; probing customers to better understand their need, and pitching products to match the need of the customer
  • Should be an enthusiast learner about competing products and customer problems
  • Ensure to meet prospective customer on a day to day basis and keep records of the same
  • Sales Officer should also be in frequent touch with the existing customers to ensure their satisfaction level in both sales and service process and to generate references from a satisfied customer
  • To achieve the sales target via exposure of products along with its features to all its customers 
  • To ensure the customers qualification on vehicle funding and are referring to the Assistant Sales Manager or the Team Leader as the case demands
  • To involve actively on making client/prospect, regular follow-ups and referrals also updating dealer records
