Job Description

Appointment of channel partner -Dealers/Distributors across the assigned region
Daily Visit of appointed dealers and generate sales
Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved with Area Manager
Achievement of Sales target set by the team
Creating awareness among plumbers about brand and products by conducting product promotion campaigns
Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness
Help in Establish display of products in shop
Monitoring the Brand Activation in shop
Monitoring monthly and Quarterly QPS if any and reporting
Reconciliation quarterly with channel partners
