+2 in management or any other faculty
Should have 3 to 4 years of related experience or training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional projects
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars

Actively approach targeted customer (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
Manage relationships with existing customers
Achieving sales growth and sales targets by successfully approaching the target customers
Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service
Preparing sales scheme and approve expenditures
Monitoring customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
Analyzing sales statistics / trends
Determining discount rates or special pricing plans
Developing plans and programs to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques and business-to-business marketing visits
