Required Key Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:

BBA/BBS/MBS/MBA from a reputed university of Nepal
Minimum 2 years of working experiences in Sales Dept in a reputed organization
Experience in Ready Mix Concrete will be an added advantage
Excellent Selling, Convincing and Negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Pleasant Personality & Soft Spoken
Ability to close sale deals and achieve targets
Highly aggressive to meet the sales target
Ability to identify potential clients and opportunities
Quick Rapport builder
Competent and experienced user of Microsoft Office.
Should have own two wheeler vehicle & driving license.
