• Sales of Air Conditioning and Ventilation products and supervise during installation.
• Good relation with dealers/institutions/customers to be maintained.
• Responsible for sales in targeted area. 
• Knowledge on related product, explain the benefit of those products to clients.
• Build a strong relation with consultants, contractors and corporate client.
• Developing strategic sales approach and developing routes to market.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
• Continuous market study and reporting to management.
