Job Description

  • Reporting to Manager/HOD/ED
  • Sales forecasting, Planning, Policy Making, strategy formulation and development of Dealers network of the region
  • Suggestion for Pricing and schemes
  • Market research and Market Intel
  • Monitoring and implementation of system and policies decided by the HO
  • Monitoring of Sales VS Payment and Payment collection
  • Evaluation of the Dealers 
  • Problems solving if any 
  • Supporting to the Manager/ HOD for smooth flow of daily operation under the policy and system
  • To lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve monthly sales
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure it is resolved timely
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management
