Evolution was incorporated in 2005 as a sister concern of Trade Link International to focus and expand the distribution network and retail presence in Nepal.

  • Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team
  • Implement strategies that expands Company’s customers
  • Build and promote strong, enduring customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Able to select, recruiting, coach, supervise, motivate and monitor the performance of sales officers
  • Able to present sales, revenue and expense reports along with realistic forecasts
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
