Proven ability to work in a high pressured environment, with competing priorities, stakeholders and deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent written, verbal, polite and effective communication skills, pleasing personality
Proven experience in managing staff and the public in a customer service focused role

Running day to day activities
Overseeing personnel working under his supervision
Ensuring that the facilities are properly maintained and taking steps to ensure clients satisfaction
Managing and co-ordinating marketing strategy to enhance the sales
Supervising the maintenance of financial and administrative records etc
Ensuring a superior standard of customer service is applied across the entire organisation at all times
