  • Should have Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management or MBA
  • Should have at least  5 to 6 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing or Related Professional Area and a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role
  • Speak Fluent English & Hindi
  • Should have work experience with Indian Clients and can market the product and services in India as well
  • Strong Business Communication and Presentation Skills, both verbal and written
  • Talk and listen to clients, demonstrating excellent sales skills by knowing and selling product  in a professional and courteous manner
  • Excellent in time management skills and prioritization and work load

    Job Description

    • Reports to Operation Manager /General Manager
    • Directly supervises sales personnel and ensures proper completion of all sales duties
    • Build SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for all activities related to Sales and Implement and Execute with results
    • Prepare Monthly Reports and Budget for Sales and Marketing Purposes
    • Take overall charge for Sales & Marketing
    • Ensure hotel meets or exceeds budgeted goals
    • Creating a focus on attracting new business
    • Review and approves any special corporate negotiated rates by signing the CVGR (Company Volume guaranteed rate) contract
    • Maintain and expand corporate incentive program via direct mail, personal visits etc
    • Oversee and ensure the update of rates, promotions on hotel website, OTA (Online Travel Agents), GDS etc. without any rate parity
