Gham Power Nepal Private Limited is a renewable-energy focused social enterprise based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Founded in 2010 by Sandeep Giri, our initial goals were focused on reducing the burden that excessive power outages posed on Nepal’s urban population. Having installed over 2500 solar projects that cumulatively generate 2.5 MW of electricity, Gham played its part in urban electrification and soon after shifted focus to under-served rural markets by 2013.

  • Professional level verbal and written communication skills and an understanding of Nepal’s solar PV industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and function effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to interact with clients and staff professionally and respectfully
  • Ability to travel outside Kathmandu valley for work

Job Description

  • Lead a team of highly motivated sales professionals to identify and develop qualified leads, present our solutions, and close deals!
  • Manage site selection and feasibility analysis of large commercial sites and microgrids
  • Help prepare commercial and residential proposals on timely basis
  • Manage, assign and recruit day to day sales and marketing team members
  • Take overall responsibility of motivating and growing sales team
  • Full time position reporting directly to GM
