Job Description

Sales Manager must maximize sales revenue through active sales channel management and marketing activities. He will also be responsible to direct the sales team focus, set goals, look at data, motivate and help create business opportunities.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process sales tracking and reporting
  • Team Development, ensure that the sales team is always growing in a positive direction
  • Sales, must ensure team is consistently achieving sales targets
  • Must be able to achieve individual sales goals while ensuring team performance and project completion
  • Quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate activities and services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Good business sense and a professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years sales experience
  • Outgoing and personable personality, able to build and maintain relationships
  • Must be able to motivate a sales team
  • Hungry, humble and have the desire to better those around you
  • Task oriented, confidence, motivation and determination
  • The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to deal with rejection
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets
