Job Description

  • Lead team to achieve sales and market target,
  • Develop nationwide sales strategy and policy, make yearly and monthly sales plan, and execute the sales plan 
  • Develop nationwide sales plan
  • Build Huawei brand to be  The TOP brand image 
  • Management staff weekly/monthly/yearly performance 
  • Build a healthy sales channel, enhance customer confidence to Huawei
  • Motivate and train the staff to be a combat effectiveness team
