• Greet customers, find out the customer's needs
  
• Recommend, select and help locate the right merchandise
  
• Describe a product's features and benefits
  
• Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise
  
• Make suggestions and encourage purchase of products
  
• Provide information about manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise
  
• Receive and process cash, cheque and card payments, and provide change and receipts
  
• Maintain sales records
  
• Stay updated with sales prices
  
• Arrange and display merchandise
  
• Keep merchandise area tidy
  
• Take stock inventory
  
• Requisition new stock
  

10 am – 6 pm
11 am – 7 pm
12 noon – 8 pm

Working days: 7 days a week, Sunday to Saturday
