Education Level : Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/Ib)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Other Specification
  • Should have completed minimum Intermediate level with good communication skills in English
  • Should have at least 1 year of experience in working with US/UK/Australian web campaign
  • Should possess at least 6 months of experience in a Call Center
  • Good command in English (Spoken and Written)
  • Should be a good communicator and a listener
  • Comfortable doing night shifts
  • Hard working
  • Should be able to do night shifts

Note: If you have your own transportation that will be a plus point for you.

Job Description

  • Interact with the customers to collect their requirements and provide appropriate information to make sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails
  • Preparing quotations/proposals/bid documents, other necessary documents and timely deliver it to prospects
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the sales
  • Meet sales target assigned
