Education:

  • Diploma, Bachelors (preferably from Technical background) & MBA (preferable), but not mandatory

Work Experience:

  • 1 year of work experience in Education & Training / Retail / Services vertical (retail sales). Fresher candidates can also be considered

Necessary Skill Sets (Technical / Soft Skills):

  • Self-initiator, willing to travel. Disciplined in approach
  • Pleasant personality and having a flair for sales (focus on Education & Training vertical – desirable, but not mandatory)
  • Ability to engage Principals, HODs of Colleges and schools
  • Matured in outlook with excellent presentation skills, communication skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
  • A professional with the ability to open and close a sales call. Good understanding of education sales

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Spoken and Written English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
  • Experience in Academic Counselling is preferred
  • Should be able to handle overall sales and marketing activities of the company
  • Willing to work in the field (inside / outside the valley) if required by the company
  • Digital Marketing trained (not mandatory but preferred)

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
