We are currently seeking dynamic and highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. As an SDR at Smartworks, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the SDR to work out of the Smartworks Central office in Bansbari, Kathmandu.


Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Management, 1 year of business work experience
  • Previous experience with sales and prospecting tools is a plus. Hubspot and Linkedin Sales Navigator are preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate different systems and tools and follow process
  • A highly motivated and driven individual who thrives working toward monthly and quarterly quotas
  • A desire to grow and advance a career in sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Utilize sales engagement tools to research contacts and accounts to strategize with Marketing and Account executives on prospecting plans.
  • Conduct discovery conversations with IT executives in targeted accounts.
  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for aligned account executives by following up on warm (inbound) leads and researching prospects.
  • Utilize active listening skills to uncover customer needs and business problems and effectively communicate how Okta can solve them.
  • Work cross-functionally to increase conversion rates and generate a quality pipeline
  • Consistently achieve quota by hitting call, email, meeting, and pipeline targets.
  • Use and maintain Hubspot to keep data accurate.
