Job Description

  • Generate sales reports based on facts to be presented before the management
  • Meet the sales target set within the given deadline
  • Establish performance goal for each member of sales team and monitor their performance
  • Supervise the performance of sales team and make amendments in the team members if required
  • Continuously motivate the sales team to stay focused on company’s goals
  • Coordinate the sales operations with all the other departments of the company
  • Travel across various regions if required to attend various seminars and events
