Sales & Distribution Management Service:
- Assisting to meet the set sales targets – Primary and Secondary (Point of Sale)
- Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales target
- Map potential customer – New retail doors and generate leads for the distributor
- Assist in increasing the width and depth in terms of distribution in the country – Exploring new areas and cities, Opening new retail doors and increasing the depth in the existing current retail serviced outlets
- Monitor current Distributors and Retail partner preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
- Analyse sales statistics with data to increase growth
- Forecast and project sales and determine the profitability of products and services
- Determine and suggest discount rates or special pricing plans
- Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through Distributor/ Retailer sales approach techniques and business to business marketing visits
- Plan and coordinate training programs for retail sales promoters
- Ensuring the desired results for the current distributor and improve business profit
Customer Relationship Management Service:
- Resolve distributor/Retailer partner complaints, queries regarding sales and product
- Maintaining and improving relationships with the distributors, sub-distributors, retail partners and the promoters managing business
Commercial Management Service:
- Prepare budget expenditure
- Over dues / Accounts Receivables follow up with the distributors
- Settlement of Distributors due’s / claims / expenses
Marketing Support Services:
- To conduct Demo day, Clinic activity and Social media promotion for the brand
- Support the marketing and brand activities in order to manage and execute all
- Brand promotion planning for the country
- In shop activation and plan for relevant marketing aid
Additional Responsibilities:
- To identify and report fake, spurious and duplicate products seller and parallel imports channel
- Identifying customers / retail partners for direct import of goods and services
- Supporting the regional sales team with potential business opportunity, identifying new business opportunity
- Market audit, survey and research reports for category relevant and competition brands
