Job Description

Humanx's partner company,An Internationally recognized Beauty and Wellness Academy, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and professional Sales Associate to lead our B2B outreach efforts across Kathmandu.

This role focuses on promoting our beauty education services to a wide range of potential partners, including educational consultancies, +2 colleges, salons, spas, girls’ hostels, and other institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships, securing tie-ups, and coordinating promotional activities and events aimed at increasing the company’s visibility and student enrollment.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit +2 colleges, educational consultancies, salons, spas, and girls’ hostels across Kathmandu to build professional partnerships
  • Pitch Beauty Academy’s training programs and services effectively
  • Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and masterclasses in collaboration with partner institutions
  • Drive student footfall through strategic relationship-building and outreach activities
  • Maintain a strong follow-up process and report weekly performance metrics 

Performance Indicators:

  • Number of +2 college tie-ups and on-campus activities secured monthly
  • Number of educational consultancies onboarded for student referrals
  • Number of salon/spa/girls’ hostel partnerships made
  • Number of students brought in for masterclasses/events
