Job Description

  • Responsible for corporate, travel agent room sales for the hotel.
  • Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies and set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
  • Update action plans and financial objectives.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
  • Able to provide quick and timely responses to clients and develop professional long term business relationships.
  • Provide highest quality of service to the customer at all times. 
  • Support hotels service, relationship strategy and drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence to each customer experience.
  • Attend all department meetings, hotel meetings and sales events as necessary.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients to enable future bookings.
  • Prepare sales report in order to review the position of the business flow.
  • Manage OTA’S (online travel agent) Booking.com / Make my trip / Expedia.com etc. ( Content / photos update / rooms allotment / room rates / promotions etc. )
  • Manage social media. Facebook / Instagram / hotel website etc. ( Content / photos update / rooms allotment / room rates / promotions etc. )
